Reference: Womens Wear Daily 6 Aug 1943 p 16 reported Reja had expanded its collection of service pins, which to begin with in Jan 1943 included Army, Navy and Army Air Corps pins (see RED198), to include specialists, including the medical corps and service nurses: 'it is reported that service men purchase several emblems to send to their friends. Service nurses are permitted to wear their own emblem'.
