The Vogue advertisement refers to a matching book by Stanley MacNeil, 'Zodiac Cocktails - Cocktails for All Birthdays', copyrighted 1939, published in New York, 1940 - scroll down for pictures of the book, signed by the author-designer, who sometimes spelt MacNeil as MacNiel.
