Description: gold plated base metal, rhinestone. The daisy with the ruby spangle pointer turns freely to indicate 'Loves Me'... 'Little', 'Much', 'Madly' or 'Not at All'.
Marked: Boucher C (twice), 6800
Reference: Mark dates this to 1957. Our thanks to Roberto Brunialti for sorting out the dates of the Boucher serial numbers, and generously sharing the information. The English version of the game involves picking petals off a daisy (Marguerite in French), alternating between 'Loves Me' and 'Loves me Not', to a conclusion. Boucher shows the French game: the petals progress through a sequence of how intensely (or not) the sufferer's love is reciprocated.
