Reference: Advertised for sale at Peacock's, pin $12.50, earrings $10, plus taxes, in the Chicago Tribune, 1 May 1962, p 4; click thumbnail above to view advertisement. The advert claims that the set was created 'especially for us [CD Peacock Co,] by Marcel Boucher' to 'honour our 125th year (we are Chicago's oldest store)'. The store was a regular advertiser of Boucher jewelry, so this is not wholly implausible.
