Reference: Brunialti, Tribute to America, p. 61, 4 stars. Designer Robert Appleby, assignor to The British War Relief Society of NYC, and 'Bundles for Britain' of NY, dated 1940. These societies were to receive 40% of the profits. Patent is reproduced below (scroll down).
